As the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers bursts into colour this spring, Fitzy’s is serving up something truly special - our first EVER BOTTOMLESS Brunch! Join on Sunday October 5 for the Fitzy's edition of Carnival's Weekend Table Series with Mimosa Jugs, sweet treats, mini savouries, live music and more. Gather your brunch crew, clink glasses of sparkling mimosas, and savour a feast designed to celebrate the season.
