NEW FUNCTION ROOM COMING SOON!

We are renovating!!

We are excited to announce we will have a brand new function room and bar coming to Fitzy's in mid April, 2021. The room will be located adjacent to Tapestry Bar off our Margaret Street entrance where our existing Gaming Lounge and Den functions rooms are situated. With a fresh new look. this exciting new space will be a completely private function room accommodating up to 80 people for a stand-up style affair. It is designed to be multipurpose and is particularly suited to special occasions and celebrations, plus weddings and corporate events. More information coming soon! We can't wait to show you what we have planned.

Gaelic Bar

The upstairs Gaelic Bar is an exclusive function room located on level one of Fitzy’s, directly above Tapestry Bar. Boasting an impressive timber bar, private amenities and an inviting feel, your event will be remembered for all the right reasons. The Gaelic Bar is suitable for all types of celebrations and is perfect for guests who want complete privacy. Entertain up to 60* guests canape style or 40* people for seated dining (*covid safe capacities) while soaking up a unique view of the sandstone cityscape.

The Deck (Beer Garden)

This modern alfresco space within Fitzy’s Beer Garden offers a relaxed informal affair for guests who want to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the open air environment. With ready access to the impressive bar facilities and catering to suit, it is perfect for relaxed celebrations still with the Fitzy’s flair. We can offer this space as a half or full deck for different sized groups of up to 60 people. For busy nights and weekend evening functions, this space will be roped off to enusre exclusivity.

The Loft

The Loft is a private, multi-purpose space that is perfect for intimate functions. Newly renovated, the room accommodates up to 18 guests for seated dinners and boardroom meetings, or up to 30 people for theatre style presentations. As the name suggests, The Loft is located upstairs on level one above our restaurant. This self-contained function room features private amenities and flexible catering options, along with tea and coffee facilities or a private bar if required. With a balanced mix of old world charm and modern decor, The Loft offers an inviting and secluded space to entertain your guests in style.

The Arbour

The Arbour is a relaxing, open-air spot perfect for intimate celebrations, farewell drinks or just because. Sip on champagne or nibble on canapes under the fairy lights as you watch the world go by. Suitable for small groups of up to 25 people, The Arbour takes you from day to night with flexible food and beverage options available. This is one of the most sought-after spaces within the venue and is sure to impress for your next outing or occasion.

The Den

The Den is a private function room removed from the hustle and bustle of Tapestry Bar, adjacent to Fitzy’s Gaming. Be transported back to the 1920’s cigar bar when you enter this intimate space filled with rich textures, lounges, rugs and lamps... make sure you check out our “door wall” when visiting. The room offers a relaxed lounge atmosphere for up to 25* people (*covid safe capacity) for canapés and refreshments with a chill-out factor that's second to none.

The Blarney Room

The Blarney Room is a semi-private space that backs onto our main restaurant area, Fitzy’s on Church and is perfect for guests wanting a seated lunch or dinner option for a smaller group. Slightly removed from the hustle and bustle, The Blarney Room is on the quieter side yet retains the flexibility of our restaurant. It’s a popular spot for informal occasions, birthdays & group gatherings for up to 25* people (*covid safe capacity).

Fireside

Fireside is a popular nook which can host from 5 to 12 people with an almost uninterrupted view of Tapestry Bar. This casual spot features high booth seating paired with high bar tables and stools, perfect for casual drinks or small catered functions. Social gatherings, after work functions, parties with friends… this is your space.
