Introducing the Modern Cocktail Co – a range of on-tap cocktails ready to serve at Toowoomba pubs and other pubs across the country. And after copious amounts of 'research' we can confirm they are absolutely delicious!

MoCo provide convenience for both customer and venue with an easy cocktail offering. The on-tap convenience reduces wait times for consumers and enables consistent signature serve. It's the best of both worlds really - a WIN WIN!

Espresso Martini 🍸

Moco Espresso Martini is an all-Australian cocktail made with Coffee Liqueur by Broken Bean, cold brew by Onyx and Australian wheat vodka. Rich and deep in flavour with froth for days, it’s astoundingly good and rivals any made-to-order Espresso Martini.

Bloody Shiraz Spritz 🍊

A refreshing, easy-to-drink spritz with a rich vibrant colour. Using a big base of Aussie favourite Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz gin, it gives it a sweetness that is perfectly balanced by a dryer rose vermouth. The addition of sour plum adds a light tanginess, resulting in a refreshing, easy drinking spritz perfect for summer.

Ginger Mule 🍹

A local twist on the classic Moscow Mule, combing the worlds most awarded Navy Strength gin from Four Pillars with Australian made ginger beer, fresh lime and mint. An easily approachable cocktail that’s refreshing in summer with a warming spice.

Grapefruit Margarita 🍋

An approachable twist on a classic Margarita using the oldest family owned tequila in Mexico, Casa Orendian. Boasting strong agave and citrus notes with a fruity aroma this tequila compliments and balances Crawley's Agave syrup and fresh pink grapefruit juice.
